Starring the teams at Boxly and Damira Dental Studios, this isn't just a software rollout, it’s a relationship that’s blossomed into results beyond our wildest dreams. Building the Boxly AI Front Desk required more than just code… it needed that "spark” of collaboration.

It was tested in live practices, with real patients, real enquiries and real front desk teams. Beta focused on understanding where AI genuinely improves the patient journey, and where it shouldn’t replace people.

Throughout beta, Boxly’s CEO & Co-founder, Elliot Hamilton, and COO & Co-founder, John King, worked closely with Damira Dental Studios’ CEO & Founder, Anushika Brogan, and Head of Sales & Marketing, Rianna Thompson, to guide the rollout and share key insights from the testing process.
